How It Works

Upload one clear photo or scan of the handwritten letter you want to keep. Include its greeting, message and signature in the same image.

We remove the paper background and UV print your handwriting on the flat stone surface. The carved mailbox design stays the same.

Add an optional name, date or short message for laser engraving at the bottom. Leave this field blank for no bottom inscription. For a long letter, upload the passage you want to preserve.

A place for their words

A child's note, a partner's letter or a familiar signature can become part of your everyday surroundings. Keep the words close on a desk, shelf or side table.

Keep what matters close.

Handwriting on stone

Your letter is UV printed on the flat natural stone surface, keeping the character of the original writing. A fixed, shallow-carved mailbox adds a quiet sculptural detail.

Your optional bottom inscription is laser engraved. Choose Warm Ivory stone with Light Oak and Light Mushroom Gray backing, or Light Warm Sand stone with Walnut and Ivory backing.

A Letter to Keep size guide: 21.6 × 26.6 cm (8.50 × 10.47 in), frame included; 15 × 20 cm stone, 2 cm backing border, 1.3 cm frame face.

Shaped by nature. Made yours.

Every piece of natural stone carries its own veining, formed entirely by nature. These patterns cannot be controlled, giving each keepsake a character of its own.

Your selected stone color remains the same. Natural veining varies from piece to piece.

A few things you might wonder.

What can I personalize?

Upload one handwritten letter, note or selected passage. Its greeting, message, signature and small drawings can be reproduced together. Add an optional name, date or short inscription at the bottom. The carved mailbox design stays the same.

How should I photograph my letter?

Upload one clear, straight-on JPG or PNG photo or scan, up to 10 MB. Keep the handwriting in focus and avoid glare or heavy shadows. We remove the paper background; you do not need to cut it out yourself.

Does it have to be a Christmas letter or a letter to Mom?

You can choose a letter for any person or occasion. The note shown is an illustrative example. Your own handwriting and optional inscription make the piece personal.

How is the writing made?

The handwritten image is UV printed on the flat stone surface. The optional bottom inscription is laser engraved. The mailbox is a fixed shallow stone carving.

Can I leave the bottom inscription blank?

Yes. Leave the optional inscription field empty and the bottom text will be omitted. The signature in your uploaded letter does not need to be entered again.

Is gift packaging available?

You can add EON & KIN gift packaging for $9.90 per keepsake. It is optional and unselected by default.
