Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver

We offer free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States.

Made for your order

Your personalized artwork will be prepared and dispatched within 10 calendar days after we receive payment and all required personalization details. If essential information is missing, we will contact you before proceeding.

Estimated delivery

Shipping normally takes approximately 8–12 calendar days after the carrier collects your parcel. Most completed orders arrive in approximately 2–3 weeks.

During holidays, peak periods, or unexpected shipping disruptions, total delivery time may extend to approximately 4 weeks. We work to minimize delays and will contact you if your order is affected.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing time, we will provide an updated estimate and offer the choice of waiting or cancelling the unshipped items for a full refund.

Shipping and import charges

Standard shipping, applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges are covered by EON & KIN. You will not need to pay additional delivery or import fees to receive your order.

If a carrier requests an additional payment, please contact us so we can resolve it.

Tracking and address changes

We will email your tracking details after dispatch. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once a parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact support@eonandkin.com with your order number.

For confirmed parcels lost in transit, we will arrange a free replacement or refund. Shipping damage is handled under our Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy. Please retain the item, packaging, and shipping label for review.
